The popular online retailer ePrice managed to snag a few photos of the advert material, as well as a full image of the actual smartphone. Covered with Hello Kitty wallpapers and even the kitty on the back. It’s pretty funny if you ask us, but surely there’s a few million girls somewhere willing to buy one.
For those who don’t remember, the HTC Butterfly S is the follow-up to the original Butterfly, known as the DROID DNA in the states. Mixing the same 5-inch 1080p display with features from the HTC One. They added the UltraPixel camera, a bigger battery, and all those HTC Sense 5 features as well.
The Hello Kitty version will be the same HTC Butterfly S we already know and love. Complete with Blinkfeed, HTC Zoe, Android 4.2 Jelly Bean, the new Sense UI and all. It’s a limited edition device, and probably won’t last long. Talk about having your priorities straight, HTC, what’s going on here. Acronym time.
